How long does it work for? For best results use BLIS K12 Fresh Breath kit continuously and uninterrupted. Why? Because there are a number of environmental and dietary factors that can cause the bacteria in the mouth to be thrown out of balance, so regular use is required to assure your breath stays fresh. How do I take It? (suitable for adults and children 6 years and older) Day one and every seventh day after that: STEP ONE:Mix 1 capful (6ml) of the CD1 Mouthwash with one capful of the CD2 Mouthwash activator and put to one side for 5 minutes to activate. STEP TWO: Clean your tongue using the scraper provided to gently remove any coating. STEP THREE: Swirl the mouthwash mixture in your mouth for 60 seconds, gargle and spit out (DO NOT SWALLOW). STEP FOUR: Brush and floss your teeth as usual then rinse your mouth with water. STEP FIVE: Slowly dissolve a Blis K12 Fresh Breath Lozenge on your tongue. Over the next six hours take another lozenge at 2 hour intervals.
