"What are the Active Ingredients?"
In each 5ml dose:
  • Angelica archangelica radix (angelica) tinct.equiv.dry root    19mg     
  • Echinacea purpurea radix (echinacea) tinct.equiv.fresh root 100mg      
  • Olea europea herba (olive leaf) tinct. equiv fresh herb        78mg      
  • Salvia officinalis herba (sage) tinct. equiv fresh herb  60mg
  • Silybum marianum semen (milk thistle) tinct. equiv dry seed 85mg
  • Thymus vulgaris herba (thyme) tinct. equiv fresh herb       100mg    
  • Picea aetheroleum oleum (fir needle oil) 5mcl
  • Citrus lemon oleum (lemon oil)  8mcl
  • Contains organic medicinal herbs, prepared freshly as mother tinctures.  
  • Also contains: ethanol (12% v/v) and vegetable glycerine.  
  • No added artificial flavour or colour and No added sugar or artificial sweetener.

"How to I take it?"
Can be taken any time of year when the body's immunity needs support.  Well tolerated for both children and adults. The formula contains glycerine, a natural sweetener that  is well tolerated by children and adults.

Adults:
  • For immediate support: 1 teaspoonful (5ml) 3 to 5 times a day. 1 teaspoonful can be taken every half hour for up to 3 hours 9do not exceed 7 teaspoonfuls per day).
  • To build resilience: 1 teaspoonful (5ml) 1 to 3 times a day.
Children 6-12 years: Take 1/2 the recommended adult dose.
