Diastop Tablets 20 PackDiastop Tablets, diarrhoea treatment, chronic diarrhoea Diastop is a Pharmacy Only Medicine available without prescription from our pharmacythat is useful for treating chronic Diarrhoea. It provides quick relief from acute/chronic diarrhoea. "How does Diastop work?" Diastop helps to stop diarrhoea by decreasing bowel contractions and discomfort, but it does not treat the cause of it. "What is the diastop doseage?" Adult dose of Diastop is 2 tablets 3 to 4 times daily. Children 8-12 years is 1 tablet 4 times daily, children 5-8 years: 1 tablet 3 times daily, Children 2-5 years: 1 tablet twice daily. "Do Diastop tablets have Adverse Effects?" Diastop may cause drowsiness. Active Ingredients: Diphenoxylate HCI USP 2.5mg "Are there any Warnings?" Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists for more than 2 days. Replace fluids with a fluid replacement such as Gastrolyte. Do not exceed recommended dose. Avoid alcohol.
