These suppelments can be taken from contraception right through to breastfeeding. Natural Omega-3 and 6 oils and Evening Primrose Oil are essential fatty acids involved in brain and eye development. Consequently, foetal and infant development is highly associated with fatty acid, supplied to them by the mother's placenta and through her milk. Just take one a day with food for a good balance of DHA and GLA fatty acids which is free from chemicals and pesticides, additives, flavourings or synthetic compounds.
