. Apo-Ipravent Nasal Spray (Generic Atrovent) Treat the symptoms of Allergies and the common cold with Ipravent Nasal Spray (with the same main ingredient as Atrovent Nasal Spray). "How does it work?" It works to stop a runny nose by stopping your glands from producing excessive nasal secretions by drying up the nose in the case of allergies or a cold. "How do I use it?" Allergies: Adults: 2 sprays in each nostril 2-3 times a day at regular intervals Children: 2 sprays up each nostril two times a day. Cold: Adults: (initial dose)2 sprays in each nostril followed by another 2 sprays 5 minutes after. (second subsequent dose) 2-3 times a day at regular intervals Ingredients: Ipratropium bromide - 21mcg Benzalkonium chloride, edetate disodium, hydrochloric acid, purified water, sodium chloride and sodium hydroxide "Are There Any Contraindications?" Do not use if you are sensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients. "Are There Any Warnings and Precautions?" See a Doctor Before Using If: Are pregnant, might become pregnant, or are breast feeding Have difficulty/trouble urinating Have problems with your prostate Have any eye problems (such as a predisposition to glaucoma) Have any other medical problems Are on any other medication (including eye drops) Seek Medical Attention While Use If You Experience: Very dry nose Nasal irritation Dry mouth Nose bleeds Blurred vision or pain in the eyes Increased wheezing or tightness in the chest Fast or irregular heart beat Swelling of the tongue or lips Difficult or painful urination Difficulty in swallowing Skin rash PN--- ---TP (Generic Atrovent) Apo-Ipravent Nasal Spray Treat the symptoms of a runny nose caused by allergies or the common cold by drying up the nasal passages and stopping excessive nasal secretions. This Nasal Spray contains Ipratropium bromide the same active ingredient in Atrovent. To use follow these instructions: Allergies: Adults: 2 sprays in each nostril 2-3 times a day at regular intervals Children: 2 sprays up each nostril two times a day. Cold: Adults: (initial dose)2 sprays in each nostril followed by another 2 sprays 5 minutes after. (second subsequent dose) 2-3 times a day at regular intervals Warning: Precautions: Predisposition to narrow angle glaucoma; prostatic hypertrophy; bladder neck obstruction; cystic fibrosis; avoid contact with eyes; pregnancy, lactation. Adverse reactions: Epistaxis; nasal dryness, irritation; headache; nausea; ocular complications; allergic reactions; systemic anticholinergic effects (rare) Special Precautions: Pump will need priming before first use.
