Optifast Chocolate Milkshakes 21x40g Sachets Optifast milk shakes are nutritionally complete and taste great... the best thing about them is you can turn them into ice cream simply by popping them in the freezer. The chocolate shakes not only taste great but they are easy to make and represent 1 meal on the optifast program. "How Do I Make A Optifast Chocolate Shake?" All you need is a shaker or blender, 200ml of cold water and a sachet. Stir the sachet into the water using your blender of shaker until it is dissolved.
