Phenergan Sugar Free Elxir 100ml (Promethazine hydrochloride BP 5mg) Phenergan Elixir is an allergy and travel sickness product containing Promethazine hydrochloride BP 5mg.
- It provides relief from allergies including allergic rhinitis, hay fever and allergic reactions to insect bites and stings.
- It is also effective in preventing and treating the symptoms of travel sickness.
Active Ingredients: Each 5ml contains Promethazine hydrochloride BP 5mg.
Dosage:Allergies and Travel Sickness
- 2 to 5 years...5 to 15 mL
- 6 to 10 years...10 to 25 mL
- Over 10 years...20 to 50 mL
- Taken as a single dose at night or divided as 2 equal doses per day.
- The lowest dose may be taken the night before travel, otherwise take 1 to 2 hours before travel and repeat in 6 to 8 hours if required.
Warnings:
- Use for children under 2 years of age requires a prescription of a doctor
- Do not take during pregnancy without medical advice.
- Be cautious about driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery within 8 hours of taking this medicine.
- Avoid other products containing alcohol
- This product has the potential to be misused or abused.
