Polaramine Syrup 2mg 10ml Polaramine syrup is specially formulated for children age 2 to 12 yrs for the relief of allergic symptoms such as sneezing, watery and itchy eyes, skin, rash and hives.
Active Ingredients: Dexchlorpheniramine 2mg per 5ml.
" What are the Polaramine Dosage Intructions?"
Dose to be taken every 6-8 hours.
- Adults and children over 12 years: 5ml.
- Children 6-12 years: 2-4ml.
- Children 4-6 years: 1.75-2ml.
- Children 2-4 years: 1.25-1.75ml.
Warnings:
- Drowsiness can occur - avoid driving or operating machinery until response is observed.
- Other medication such as hypnotics, sedatives and tranquillisers may potentiate the sedative effect.
- Avoid alcohol.
- Do not take with MAOI antidepressants.
