I have been taking Various forms of flax or fish oil for omega 3's over the last 10 years. I suffer from bad eczema and dry skin due to food allergies so I like to keep up my omega 3's.

Since I started taking krill oil over the last 6 months I have noticed a real difference - I have gone from taking between 5-10 fish oil tablets to just a few krill oil tablets because it is such a concentrated and pure source. It is nice not to have to swallow so many pills and supplements.

Will be buying these again.
