Sea-Legs is a tablet for the prevention of travel sickness, it contains the active ingredient meclozine hydrochloride which is also as Antivert and have been specially formulated to provide effective relief for all the family whether travelling by car, plane, boat or coach. Take the previous night or an hour before travelling they will help prevent sickness. You can also take them them for relief when you feel sickness coming on.

When travelling in a car, plane, boat or coach.

"What is in Sea-Legs?"
Active Ingredients: Each tablet contains Meclozine hydrochloride BP 12.5mg

"How Do I Take Sea-Legs"
Take Sea-Legs the previous night, or about one hour before the journey starts, or when you feel sickness coming on. The tablets are virtually tasteless, so they can be chewed or swallowed with water.

Maximum per day:
  • Adults & children over 12ys - two tablets.
  • Children 6-12yrs - one tablet.
Do not give to children under 6 years of age.
It is dangerous to exceed the stated dose.
Meclozine can remain active for 24 hours.

"Are there any warnings or precautions for Sea-Legs?"
  • Do not use if tear strip is broken.
  • Keep all medicines out of reach of children.
  • May cause drowsiness. Avoid alcohol.
  • Avoid driving or operating machinery within 8 hours of taking this medicine.
  • Do not take during pregnancy without medical advice.
