This product is Sucrose, Lactose and Gluten Free. Store in a cool dry place below 25 degrees celcius and 75 degrees Fahrenheit and protect from direct sunlight. How do I take Telfast 180gm (Allegra)? Adults and Children over the age of 12 take once tablet once a day with of without food. . This product is not suitable for children under the age of 12 unless otherwise advices by a health care professional.
